We are currently looking for a Fleet Support to join our team. Within this role, you will support the Fleet Manager with vehicle compliance, ensuring our vehicles are repaired promptly and minimizing vehicle off-road time (VOR), while managing all related administration. You will also handle vehicle handovers & receptions, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
Accountability / Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate with Cardo employees to arrange routine servicing and MOTs.
2. Ensure vehicle collisions are promptly reported to insurers and arrange repairs.
3. Resolve fleet enquiries from all business areas via phone & email, managing a generic fleet inbox.
4. Update Driver and Vehicle Keeper records, ensuring license checks are completed and verified.
5. Facilitate vehicle handovers to new employees.
6. Complete inspections on returned vans and perform ad hoc inspections.
7. Maintain all vehicles to Cardo's high standards—cleanliness, organization, and equipment checks (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, spill kits).
8. Clean company vehicles, including pressure washing, vacuuming, sweeping, and internal wipe-downs.
9. Support the Fleet Manager with administrative tasks such as mileage charges, parking fines, and fuel card issues.
10. Cover the South Wales area.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Experience in roles like Fleet Administrator, Fleet Support, or similar preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
* Experience in customer service and working with data accurately.
* Full UK Driving License required.

* Efficiently managing schedules and multiple tasks.
* Collaborating well with operations, procurement, and driver teams.
* Comfortable using fleet management systems, GPS tools, and spreadsheets.
* Responding promptly and professionally to service needs.
