Protocol Education is working closely with secondary schools across Telford who are looking for confident, adaptable Cover Supervisors to step in when teachers are away and keep things running smoothly. This is a hands-on role in the classroom, ideal if you’re thinking about teaching, returning to education, or simply want to build solid school experience without taking on full teaching responsibilities. What the role looks like As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in lessons using pre-set materials. The planning is already done, so you can focus on creating a calm, consistent environment where students stay on track.
