The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside class teachers to support pupils throughout the school day. Your role may include:
* Supporting children with learning activities in the classroom
* Working one-to-one or with small groups
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Offering encouragement, reassurance and guidance
* Assisting with classroom preparation and daily routines
About You
* A positive, patient and caring approach
* A genuine interest in working with children
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Teaching Assistant or childcare experience preferred but not essential
