Bottesford Junior School is at the heart of the local community. For September, we are seeking to appoint an experienced member of support staff who will bring enthusiasm and a commitment to reaching the highest standards of achievement underpinned by our school values. Please note that over time you will be expected to work with all age ranges. You will be:• Supporting groups or individuals under the guidance of the teacher • Supervising children and leading play at playtimes and lunchtimes, as part of your role• Given support and guidance in welfare and learning• Flexible and open to change; the specific duties of the post may change as the school develops • Involved in general administration work• Experienced in positive behaviour management techniques• Experienced at working with children with special educational needs• Able to manage all situations with positivity, calmness and unfailing love!
