This is an opportunity to join a highly respected main contractor delivering a £30 million new-build distribution facility in Braintree (CM7 3QL). The project forms part of a wider programme of industrial and logistics developments that are redefining the regional landscape. Youll be part of a well-structured team known for delivering complex industrial projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. About the Contractor Our client is an established UK main contractor with a strong track record in the industrial, logistics, and commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities Setting out, surveying, and carrying out QA checks on-site Ensuring all works meet design specifications and safety standards Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and the design team Producing accurate reports and maintaining site records Supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of works on site Requirements Proven experience as a Site Engineer on large industrial or commercial projects Experience delivering shed projects and multiple-unit developments Strong setting out and quality assurance background Proficient with Total Station and AutoCAD Relevant qualification ( Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or related field) CSCS card essential Whats on Offer £350 per day CIS 12-month contract (until August 2026) Opportunity to work on a major £35M multi-unit industrial development
