We are recruiting on behalf of a leading retailer seeking a Retail Property Coordinator to join their Retail Support Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Your property knowledge, negotiation skills, and attention to detail will directly impact the success of retail operations across the UK.
You will work closely with landlords, property agents, lawyers, and internal stakeholders to secure the best deals and ensure our retail estate is fit for purpose, on-brand, and delivering a first-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and support property opportunities in partnership with the Retail MD and Operations Director.
* Source and develop new retail units, liaising with landlords, agents, and legal teams.
* Manage contracts, leases, Heads of Terms, and negotiations to ensure compliance and P&L adherence.
* Project manage shop and concession refits, coordinating with retail and concession teams.
* Oversee maintenance issues and coordinate shop fit needs based on feedback and site visits.
* Ensure all timelines are met and stakeholders are engaged throughout each project.
* Support the management of the existing store and concession portfolio.
