Salary: £28,000 to £30,500 per annum + up to 20% bonus opportunity
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Territory: Woking, Camberley, Southampton and surrounding areas
Powerforce is offering you the chance to step into a Business Development Manager role representing Nestlé, one of the world’s most iconic FMCG brands. Your mission is to ensure that when a customer walks into a depot, Nestlé brands are front, centre, and impossible to miss.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Partnership: Become a trusted advisor to Depot Managers & Stakeholders. You aren't just a vendor; you are the person they turn to for category growth and promotional planning.
* Data-Driven Growth: Use sophisticated market insights and sales data to identify the white space. Pitch, negotiate, and close agreements that ensure Nestlé products are always available and highly visible.
* High-Impact Activation: Lead high-energy activation days & trade events. Drive the New Product Development (NPD) launches and secure secondary displays that capture customer attention.
* The "Gold Standard" Audit: Audit compliance, set up best-in-class displays, and use "before and after" reporting to showcase your impact to wider business leadership.
* Territory Management: Navigate a diverse landscape including Depots, Cash & Carries, Multi-site retailers, and Virtual Warehouses.

Qualifications
* A Master Communicator – walk into a depot and command the room with confidence and professional charm.
* Sales-Savvy – preferably with experience in FMCG, wholesale, or retail and a "closer" mindset.
* Resilient & Target-Driven – never back down from a challenge; find a way around it.
* Mobile – a full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months) is essential to manage the territory.
