Service/Contracts Manager
We are a leading provider of fire, security and BEMS systems. We offer a full package in design, installation and ongoing maintenance. Candidates should be motivated and experienced with strong technical, commercial and account management skills, with an engineering background or proven experience in the fire and/or security industry.
Job Description
* Head a small team of specialists (admin support, supervisors, engineers and apprentices) to manage a key account portfolio.
* Maintain client relationships and oversee on‑site work.
* Ensure all work meets BAFE, SSAIB and British standards and internal SHEQ procedures.
* Split between office (Camberley) and sites; 1‑2 days on site per week with flexibility to work from home.
* Prepare professional documentation: technical reports, surveys, scopes of works, instructions and variations, project applications, financial forecasts, project methodologies and programme.
Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
* Technical or engineering background, or proven experience in the fire and security industry.
* Experience with large‑scale, networked commercial applications, including IP networks and integrated solutions.
* Ability to work with in‑house staff and approved contractors across multiple disciplines.
* Commercially astute with strong financial acumen.
