About the role
The Care Team Leader at Runwood Homes is responsible for planning and delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents, ensuring safety, respect and independence. Key duties include:
* Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining high care standards.
* Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
* Support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in providing physical, social and emotional care.
* Handle medication administration and maintain medication audit records.

About you
We are looking for a dynamic leader who excels in person‑centred care planning, has expertise in dementia care and experience leading teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Positive energy and strong relationship‑building skills.
* Outstanding organisational and communication abilities.
* Competence in maintaining high care standards.
* Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is advantageous but not essential.
