Job Description
* Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
* Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.
* Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
* Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
* Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.
* Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
* Develop strategies to maximise ROI and meet the company's financial objectives.
* Lead and motivate the Accounting & Finance department to achieve excellent performance levels.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Director should have:
* Must hold RI status.
* Professional certification (e.g. ACA/ACCA)
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a finance department.
* Strong understanding of finance law and regulatory standards.
* Broad experience covering general practice including accounts, tax and audit.
* High proficiency in financial software and analytics programs.
