Responsibilities
* Work in a team, producing technically sound energy management solutions that comply with all relevant technical standards and client requirements.
* Prepare and check scheme deliverables that meet quality, cost and programme criteria; oversee the work of junior staff.
* liaise with client and supplier representatives at peer level, attend progress meetings and respond to queries.
* Contribute to bid preparation and the general work‑winning function.
* Work on site on a visiting basis or full time, including limited out‑of‑hours work when necessary.
What You Will Bring To Us
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an appropriate subject, or equivalent experience and knowledge skills.
* Apply energy management theory and principles to clearly understood situations.
* Take ownership for the preparation and checking of deliverables; work unsupervised and supervise junior staff.
* Very good working knowledge of relevant software and analytical tools.
* Demonstrate good commercial awareness.
* Good knowledge of contractors and types of services they provide.
* Strong oral communication skills, able to present arguments and ideas well.
* Understanding of risk assessment and ability to manage hazards and risks on projects.
* Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and ability to manipulate and handle all energy data, including half‑hourly data.
