THE PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT PROVIDES DIRECT PATIENT CARE UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST. WORKS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE ESTABLISHED TREATMENT PLAN TO IMPROVE AND RESTORE PATIENT FUNCTION.
Qualifications
ASSOCIATES DEGREE IN PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT REQUIRED.
Required skills: CURRENT LICENSE AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT IN PA AND/OR LICENSE TO PRACTICE WITH INDIRECT SUPERVISION. HEALTHCARE PROVIDER CPR CERTIFICATION THROUGH THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR OF HIRE.
