ABOUT THE ROLE
1. Managing and coordinating the full design process across multiple projects
2. Reviewing technical designs for compliance, risk, and buildability
3. Leading design meetings, managing design programmes and deliverables
4. Coordinating statutory approvals, planning conditions, and building regulations
5. Driving innovation, efficiency, and best-value solutions with commercial and delivery teams
REQUIREMENTS
6. Degree-qualified in Architecture or Engineering (or equivalent)
7. Strong background in residential design & build – particularly high-rise
8. 5+ years post-qualification experience, ideally with a developer or D&B contractor
9. Solid knowledge of building regs, technical coordination and consultant management
10. Great communicator with a proactive, detail-focused approach

Salary range of £70,000 – £80,000 per annum.
