The role of the Branch Manager is to oversee daily operations, ensuring the team performs efficiently and meets set goals. The Branch Manager needs to lead by example, supporting staff development and maintaining high service standards. A key part of this Branch Sales Manager role involves upselling products and services to drive revenue growth.
