The Role You will work with children in Nursery or Reception who require additional support to access learning and school routines. Many pupils supported in this role have EHCPs or emerging SEN needs. Your responsibilities will include supporting: Communication and language development Social interaction and play Emotional regulation and positive behaviour Independence and self-care skills Support will be provided through a mixture of 1:1 work and small-group activities.
