Parts Advisor Role: Dealing with customers daily via telephone and email You will be sourcing and locating parts, discussing a price, and arranging delivery of the products to their site. Make sure the system is up to date and all parts are accounted for. Assisting with stock checks. Delivering a high level of customer service.
