Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Directorate of Medicine for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Health Care Support Worker to join our Care of the Elderly nursing team on Ward 20 at the Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend.
The post holder will assist in the provision of care to patients/clients by providing a range of personal care duties as designated by a care professional. The main duties will include supporting health colleagues with delivering continuing health care packages in the community. Main duties of the job include ensuring that high standards of care are provided and maintained at all times.
Care of the Elderly is a challenging, demanding and rewarding specialty. We are a motivated and enthusiastic team and welcome new colleagues to join us. We are looking for enthusiastic, happy professional individuals who have pride in their work with an interest in frailty and have a passion for looking after elderly patients.
