About the Role:
A leading global equipment company is seeking a people-oriented and motivated Productivity Team Leader to join their team. In this role, you will lead a small team to deliver high levels of customer service across a network of customers, company stores, and end-user customers. You will act as a key point of escalation, drive team performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 8+ members, acting as the main escalation point.
* Maintain and manage predetermined service levels, ensuring a professional and high-quality service.
* Oversee company insurance products and all aspects of SIS administration.
* Build strong working relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders.
* Hold regular team meetings to set expectations, provide feedback, and support development.
