. ( Residential Conveyancing) Bolton. £24k – £25k doe. 25 days hol + 8 BH’s
An established Bolton based law firm are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their conveyancing department ( residential experience essential, commercial a bonus! ) Supporting one to one support, duties will include;
1. High volumes of audio typing meeting notes and correspondence
2. Giving quotes to customers for both buying and selling their property
3. Opening new cases and sending the relevant document packs
4. Land registry searches and applications via the Land Registry portal
5. Submitting searches and SDLT returns
6. Calculating stamp duty
7. Setting up bills and completion statements
8. Liaising with clients and other 3rd parties such as Estate agents and other Solicitors
To be successful, you will have previous experience in a similar role, have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, and be super organised!
