About the department
The Headmaster's Office comprises Main Reception, located at the front of the school, two general administration offices and the Admissions Office. There are five full-time members of staff and four part-time members of staff. The department has grown in recent years to accommodate the ever‑increasing administrative demands placed upon the school due to rising pupil numbers.

Professional discretion and appreciation of the confidential nature of school information is essential. Cover for absences and willingness to work extra time in emergencies are advantageous.
Responsibilities
* Manage front‑desk reception and general administration for the Headmaster's Office.
* Provide cover for absences and additional duties as required.
* Assist with administrative tasks for the Admissions Office.
* Handle confidential information with discretion.
* Support school events, INSET days, and holiday preparation.
Qualifications
* Well‑organised, enthusiastic, and experienced administrator.

* Willingness to cover absences and work extra time in emergencies.
Working hours
Term Time: Mondays & Fridays 8:00‑4:30 am; Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00‑5:30 am; Wednesdays 8:00‑4:30 am or 8:00‑5:30 am on alternating weeks. Attendance at school events outside these hours, a few INSET days at the beginning or end of school holidays, and time during holiday periods for development and preparation of teaching materials may be required.
