Quantity Surveyor – Residential House Developer

Role
In this role, you will take ownership of financial and cost control across one or more developments, from initial award through to final account completion.
Responsibilities
* Managing the commercial performance of projects to ensure profitability and efficiency
* Producing accurate cost reporting and CVRs
* Cash flow forecasting and financial planning
* Subcontract procurement, administration, and management
* Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures
* Promoting commercial best practice across projects
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams, and the wider supply chain
About You
* Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within residential or main contracting environments
* Strong commercial awareness with a proactive approach to cost management
* Good understanding of standard forms of contract (JCT preferred)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities across live projects
