About the Candidate
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative site manager curriculum to maintain outstanding quality and standards of our brand-new state of the art Campus. You will lead with ambition to ensure vocational and technical provision across the curriculum has a regional, and national reputation for excellence within the modern construction and housing sector. You will develop and support a consistent and sustained culture of aspiration and high expectation for the professional conduct of staff and students, maintaining excellent teaching, learning and assessment, and outcomes for students. This role requires a changemaking mindset to play a pivotal role to HICSA's approach, working in partnership with employers, educational institutions, and public sector partners to deliver curriculum in an innovate way that is future ready and industry focussed.

The ideal candidate will be approachable, patient, and able to inspire confidence in learners, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. This role plays a pivotal part in our broader mission to elevate technical education standards and equip learners with the skills needed for a rapidly evolving industry.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead and manage curriculum delivery aligned with apprenticeship standards.
* Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.
* Provide leadership and direction to curriculum teams.
* Ensure accurate maintenance of records and documentation.
* Uphold professional development and carry out wider responsibilities of the role.
Qualifications
* Minimum of HNC or equivalent in Construction (Essential)
* PGCE or relevant teacher training qualification (Desirable)
* Evidence of continuous professional development (Essential)
* Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (Essential)

* Proven leadership and management experience in Further or Higher Education curriculum delivery or related industry experience.
* Strong track record in curriculum development and innovation within the relevant sector.
* Relevant industry experience within the construction sector.
* Effective team management, including performance and staff development.
* Knowledge of Ofsted methodology and quality assurance in the FE sector.
* Ability to meet performance targets and manage underperformance.
* Up-to-date knowledge of FE curriculum reforms, funding, and qualification frameworks.
* Strong commitment to safeguarding, health and safety, equality and diversity, and student-focused outcomes.
