Job Description
* Reception duties: visitor booking into the 8BG portal, meeting room management, answering phones and greeting guests, ensure rooms are cleared after meetings and manage comfort levels of the rooms
* Coordinate with Roadshow team on in-house events: Access Days, group lunches
* Receiving deliveries - (water, soft drinks, cereal) from loading bay
* Distributing and collecting mail, franking post, booking couriers/DHL, loading bay booking for deliveries and raising permits
* General administration/facilities assistance
* Support with ordering of supplies and consumables for the office
* Other ad hoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
* Minimum 2 years in a reception/office role, within financial services would be a bonus
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Practical approach to problem solving
* Sound technical skills
* Good Interpersonal / communication skills
* Cost awareness
* Good team player
* Required to comply with company procedures and policies
