WORKING PATTERN:Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week or 40% of your time at one of our office sites.
About This Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Asset Finance Sales Director to join our team. This role involves a combination of managing an existing portfolio of clients and actively securing new business opportunities to drive growth. With a strong regional presence and industry profile, you'll develop strategic relationships and deliver tailored asset finance solutions to Mid Corporate clients (£25m-£100m turnover), playing a crucial role in expanding our client base and delivering impactful financial solutions.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Identifying key prospects through various sources to drive business growth and expand our client base.
2. Fostering strong relationships with existing clients to drive asset finance opportunities and long-term growth.
3. Driving high-volume and high-value asset finance deals, driving Asset Finance transactions annually, securing credit limits and delivering tailored funding solutions.
4. Cultivating strong relationships with coverage colleagues and key business introducers to ensure effective delivery.
5. Leading the structuring of financial solutions and negotiating deals to drive success.

What You’ll Need
6. Aproven track record in sales, with the ability to proactively engage new clients, nurture relationships and consistently drive business growth.
7. Extensive experience in credit lending, including the ability to analyse and interpret complex financial statements and write detailed credit reports for presentation to credit committees.
8. Deep expertise in Asset Finance, with a solid grasp of product structures and the ability to craft tailored funding solutions for complex client needs.
9. Validated ability tooriginate, structure and close high value transactions, showcasing commercial acumen and negotiation finesse.
10. Awell established professional networkand the capability to use these connections to uncover and develop new business opportunities.
11. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach to working across internal teams and external partners.
