The role will involve collaborating closely with our outsourced investment accounting partners, ensuring robust controls and offering assurance on asset valuations. You’ll play a key part in refining our box management processes by generating fresh ideas and driving continual improvement. You will have the opportunity to contribute to high-profile forums, analyse unit pricing errors, and lead the charge in delivering data integrity and governance.

About the role
* Support operational box management processes across daily, weekly and monthly cycles.
* Contribute to materials for the Box Management Forum and provide clear insights to stakeholders.
* Support analysis of unit pricing errors and delivery of unit pricing controls and oversight.
* Act as a subject matter expert on box management, providing day‑to‑day support to the team.
* Document and maintain robust processes and controls, identifying opportunities for continual improvement.
About you
* Part‑qualified or newly qualified IAQ/CISI professional, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in a relevant finance, accounting or investment operations role.
* Strong Excel skills, including confident use of formulas and pivot tables.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a desire to understand root causes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Flexible, proactive and comfortable working in change‑driven environments.
* Basic understanding of Solvency II requirements where they impact Asset valuation.
* Full knowledge and understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements etc.
