About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs, contracts, and commercial performance on large-scale civil engineering projects. You'll work closely with project teams to ensure financial control, accurate reporting, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans
* Administer contracts and manage subcontractor accounts
* Monitor project progress and produce accurate financial reports
* Identify and manage risks, variations, and claims
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* Proven experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
