PARTS ADVISOR


Parts Advisor details:

* Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm, Saturday (1 in 3) 7am - 12pm
* Location: Guildford

A busy accident repair centre is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.

For the Parts Advisor role, ideally you will have experience within the automotive industry and possess a great working attitude. As a Parts Advisor, you will need to be methodical, target-driven, and comfortable selling with excellent customer service skills.


Responsibilities of a Parts Advisor

1. Ordering, selling, and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories.
2. Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department.


Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Advisor

1. Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar DMS System.
2. Strong customer service skills.
