Job Title: Finance Admin Location: Kilsyth Pay Rate: £15.00 Start Date: ASAP Job Type: 8 weeks initially Hours: 08:00-16:30 5 days per week Main Responsibilities: Respond to timesheet queries from employees, supervisors, and site teams in a timely manner Reconcile and allocate timesheets to relevant project sites or cost centres as required Process goods receipts accurately and in line with company procedures Investigate and resolve invoice queries and discrepancies, ensuring prompt resolution and payment Generate order numbers Requirements: Confident in using formulas, data reconciliation, and spreadsheets to manage and analyse timesheet and financial data Proven background in handling administrative tasks, data entry, and maintaining accurate records High level of accuracy when processing timesheets, invoices, and financial information Ability to effectively manage queries from employees, supervisors, and site teams Capable of prioritising workload and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment If you are interested in applying for this role Apply Now – Attach your CV and one of our colleagues will be in touch shortly
