As a New Build Conveyancer, you will play an essential role in managing residential property matters, with a focus on new build transactions. You'll take ownership of a varied caseload, ensuring that clients experience a seamless and stress-free journey during one of the most important transactions of their lives.
Responsibilities
1. Handle a caseload of new build transactions, from instruction to post-completion
2. Deal with tight deadlines often imposed by developers and lenders
3. Draft and review documents specific to new build developments
4. Communicate effectively with clients, developers, estate agents, mortgage lenders, keeping all parties informed of progress and key dates
Requirements
5. Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years experience in New Build
6. Shared ownership experience desirable but not essential
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
9. Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term relationships
