Responsibilities
* Take lead in one of Asda’s branded outlets—Greggs, Subway, or Burger King—supporting your team to deliver fast, friendly, high‑quality service.
* Be hands‑on in the operation, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and your team is confident, capable, and customer‑focused.
* Help manage daily routines, support new starters, and ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met.
* Prepare food, manage queues, and solve problems to keep the team’s success.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a food service or hospitality environment.
* A willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
* Customer‑focused, supportive, organised, brand proud, and a team player.
