Better Placed is delighted to be partnering with this much loved consumer brand in their search for a Head of Marketing.
Our client have growth on the agenda. They are investing heavily in marketing and their team and want to gain more media attention!
They are looking for a Head of Marketing to drive brand affinity and build highly engaged communities that earn media attention on the back of breakthrough ideas. The successful hire will manage internal teams and 3rd party agencies to achieve session growth.
They will pull together ATL, digital video, social and PR to create truly compelling campaigns.
The successful hire will use earned, established and emerging platforms, to manage content and campaigns to help engage existing customers and acquire new ones.
The role:
Identify target customers, setting objectives to build effective campaigns across PR, ATL, Social, Content and Partnerships
Identify, create and build new highly engaged communities
Collaborate with colleagues in Content and Social to create a calendar of engaging content to bring to life products on site and via owned media
Work in tandem with the CMO on brand and ATL campaign planning and delivery
Partner with the Social Media Manager to develop strategy, creating best practices that grow and optimise their social footprint and engagement
Manage 3rd party agencies to create a programme of engaging buzzy tactical and topical content
Manage and grow a team that can deliver highly shareable content that is creative, attention-getting and on-brand
Define a measurement and testing strategy, and use analytical deep dives to identify new content opportunities for brand growth.
Seek out opportunities for growth based on emerging digital trends, competitive business intelligence, and consumer insight.
