Job Role: Fleet Coordinator in LisburnOur client is seeking an experienced and motivated Fleet Coordinator to join their growing team operating across Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all vehicles and plant remain fully compliant, roadworthy, and operational in accordance with Northern Ireland transport legislation and company procedures and will be responsible for a fleet consisting of:15+ Trucks15+ Vans20+ Items of Plant EquipmentKey ResponsibilitiesManaging fleet compliance documentation and renewal schedules including:- Vehicle Tax- Insurance- PSV / DOE requirements- MOT bookings- Thorough Examination Certificates- LOLER / PUWER records- Tachograph and O Licence related records- Service and inspection documentationMonitoring daily vehicle and plant inspections through a tracking /prestart applicationScheduling preventative maintenance and defect repairsLiaising closely with mechanics, workshop staff, and management to ensure fleet uptimeMaintaining accurate digital maintenance and compliance recordsCoordinating servicing, inspections, breakdowns, and repairsEnsuring all drivers complete daily walkaround checks correctlyAssisting with audits and compliance inspectionsMonitoring fuel usage, fleet performancePlanning and coordinating daily low loader plant movements and overseeing 8-wheelerlogistics to ensure efficient and timely delivery of equipment and materials.Essential Requirements35 years experience in a similar fleet, transport, or plant coordination roleStrong understanding of fleet compliance and transport regulations within Northern IrelandExperience managing maintenance schedules and compliance systemsGood organisational and administrative skillsAbility to work independently and prioritise workload effectivelyCompetent in the use of digital fleet management and tracking applicationsPreferred RequirementsFull clean LicenceKnowledge of commercial vehicle workshop operationsExperience with plant and transport compliance systemsCPC qualification advantageous but not essentialFor more information on this Fleet Coordinator in Lisburn position please contact Katie McGonigle on or email Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience Full-time permanent opportunity Opportunity to join a growing operations Company pension and additional benefits 30 days fixed holidays On-site parkingWHJS1_NI
