Join our community as a Customer Experience Advisor at Santander in Thurso. You’ll be the friendly face and voice of Santander, helping customers with transactions, technology, and protecting against fraud. You’ll be part of a close-knit team, supporting each other in a busy, varied environment.
In this role, you will:
1. Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
2. Assist with transactions, queries, and service needs.
3. Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
4. Develop your knowledge of banking products and services.
5. Identify ways to improve the customer experience.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, face-to-face or via telephony.
* Effective communication skills to understand customer needs.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Thurso, working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
