Our client is a leading contract caterer currently recruiting for a General Manager for their B&I site in Liverpool.
Requirements for this role include:
Previous experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager within contract catering
Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
Good financial understanding of P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience managing a team of FOH and BOH staff
The desire to grow within a forward-thinking company
Candidates must have held a Deputy General Manager or General Manager role within contract catering in the last year.
