Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour, ensure students stay on task, and provide a positive learning environment
What We're Looking For
* Strong classroom presence and confidence managing groups of students
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential
* A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
