Essential: A caring, positive, and proactive approach Good communication skills Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding Understanding of child development Some experience in an Early Years setting Desirable: Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (NVQ, Diploma, NNEB or equivalent) At least two years’ experience (Unqualified applicants may be considered if willing to train and with relevant experience.)
