We're a leading independently-owned UK holiday letting company, managing beautiful properties from coast to countryside nationwide. We're growing fast and we're looking for a proactive, organised Managed Services Co-ordinator to join our friendly head office team in Hayle.

In this role, you'll help ensure our managed properties are safe, compliant and guest ready at all times. You'll build strong relationships with owners, housekeepers and contractors, keeping operations running smoothly across our expanding portfolio. You'll collaborate with and support colleagues across the business to help deliver the best holiday experience to guests.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure all managed properties meet our safety, compliance and presentation standards.
* Assist owners with onboarding and set up of new properties, including assessing cleaning needs, finding contractors and carrying out visits when required.
* Coordinate and support housekeepers, ensuring reliable cover is in place for every booking.
* Act as the point of contact for housekeepers, contractors and owners, providing clear communication and issue resolution.
* Make connections with new housekeepers and contractors across the UK.
* Maintain accurate records and coordinate essential services such as laundry, waste and maintenance.
* Investigate and resolve property related issues, including monitoring and acting on customer feedback to ensure our properties meet the highest standards.

What You'll Bring

* Experience in property management, operations or customer service
* Strong organisational and multi tasking abilities
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Confidence in problem solving and decision-making
* A collaborative approach and willingness to support other teams
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport

* £26,500 FTE Salary
