Claims Handler Location: Spalding (hybrid working available) Business Area: Claims – Agriculture, Haulage & Commercial Contract: Permanent, full-time Reports to: Claims Team Leader / Claims Manager.
Previous experience handling insurance claims (motor, property, liability, or agricultural). Strong organisational and time-management skills. Confident communicator with the ability to manage client expectations. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Desirable: Experience with Acturis or other claims/broking systems. Progress toward Cert CII / Dip CII / CILA qualifications. Experience handling agricultural claims or working with rural sector clients. Proven negotiation skills with insurers, suppliers, or loss adjusters.
