Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in adapting lessons to meet the needs of pupils with a variety of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech or language difficulties
* Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and achievement
* Work closely with teachers, families, and external specialists to implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Provide focused one:to:one and small group interventions for students needing additional support
* Foster a classroom atmosphere of encouragement, patience, and respect

Requirements
* Experience supporting children with SEN in a School, care, or youth work setting
* A compassionate, adaptable mindset and commitment to inclusive education
* Excellent communication skills and a calm, consistent approach to behaviour
* A genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
* Two professional references to confirm your suitability and experience
