Administrator - Glasgow
£24,500 | Monday to friday| Full-Time
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Glasgow city centre.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a vibrant, bubbly personality who enjoys working with people and being part of a sociable, fast-paced office environment.
The Role:
Providing day-to-day administrative support across the team
Handling client queries via phone and email
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Assisting with general office coordination and processes
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasksWhat We're Looking For:
Previous administrative experience
A confident, outgoing and personable individual
Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with clients
Highly organised with good attention to detail
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Friday work from home)
