JOB DESCRIPTION - JOB TITLE: Breakfast Commis Chef
RESPONSIBLE TO: Executive Chef & Sous Chef
FUNCTION: To carry out all duties as directed by Chefs de Partie, Sous Chef, Executive Chef. To prepare food as per hotel standards
Purpose of the role:
To cook and serve breakfast, prepare staff food and afternoon tea sandwiches and generally work alongside the rest of the kitchen team.
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare all food for breakfast service
* Follow the company Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)
Key Requirements:
* Education - Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
* Skills and Experience - 1 year experience in a similar role
* Professional cooking experience
* Good English- both spoken and written

Hours - 48 hours per week (5 days per week)
