This role combines hands-on fee earning with day-to-day team management, supervision of junior staff, compliance (including Lexcel), financial control, and the development of new business opportunities. Youll play a key role in growing the department, cross-referring work across the firm, and leading marketing activity, while ensuring high standards of client care and file management.
