Sales Lead

Location: Hybrid ( 1 day a week in Reading )

Salary: Up to £50k base salary / £80-100k OTE

Job Type: Permanent

Sponsorship: Not Available


Overview:

We are looking for someone who wants to join us on our journey as we build the team and expand our customer and product offering. We are about to go on a very challenging, but fun and hugely rewarding journey. We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational person to join and lead our sales team someone who will help us achieve not only our goals and dreams, but align their own to ours, and be part of the leadership team to make sure we all exceed them together.

The Role:

As the Sales Lead, you will be a key person in the success and growth of the company. You will operate as part of a growing team, building early success and helping establish the business as a market leader in its sector. You will have previous experience of B2B SaaS sales. Experience working in the transformation or project management sector would be an advantage but is not essential. The ability to self-start, generate your own pipeline, and manage a full 360° sales cycle is key. You will work closely with the Directors of the company to define, adapt, and deliver a sales strategy that will drive growth. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone to really make their mark and build a sales division that will deliver to enterprise clients across the world. You will have the drive, enthusiasm, and personality to operate effectively in this hands-on role, constantly looking to achieve great results and bring ideas to the table that will support the growth of the company. Previous experience in similar start-up organisations would be an advantage. However, engagement with multi-national, enterprise-level clients is also key.


The company will support your personal growth and will encourage you to achieve and advance your capability both on a professional and personal level. You will report to the Directors of the company on every step of your journey.
