We’re working with a large, security-focused organisation undergoing significant digital transformation and are looking for a IT SM Architect to join their ITSM delivery function.
This role suits an experienced ITSM specialist who enjoys designing and leading complex tooling solutions, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering secure, scalable platforms within regulated environments.
The role
You’ll act as a technical lead within an agile delivery team, producing high-quality design documentation and shaping ITSM solutions across a range of platforms. The focus is on delivering resilient, cost-effective tooling that supports enterprise-scale operations and strict security requirements.
Key experience required
* Strong background designing, configuring and customising ITSM / Service Desk platforms such as: ServiceNow, BMC Remedy / Helix, CA Service Desk, Cherwell, Freshworks, or ManageEngine
* Solid understanding of ITSM / ITOM / ITIL processes (ITIL v4 preferred)
* Experience delivering large-scale, secure ITSM solutions across cloud, on-prem, or hybrid environments
* Good working knowledge of core infrastructure (Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, PKI)
