Job Description
This HR Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity to hone your HR skills in a busy, people focussed environment.
* Provide comprehensive HR support across all departments.
* Manage end to end employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary processes.
* Manage recruitment activities, from job postings to onboarding.
* Advise managers on HR policies and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company procedures.
* Coordinate and deliver training sessions for staff development.
* Maintain and update HR records and systems accurately.
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace efficiency.
* Work closely with line managers to proactively support business decisions.
* Build strong relationships both online and face to face with management teams.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Specialist should have:
* A solid understanding of HR policies and employment law.
* CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience
* Experience of managing a broad range of employee relations cases and providing HR advice.
* Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Able to travel to other UK sites approximately once a week or bi-weekly.
