We act as the first point of contact for day-to-day IT issues. We support hardware, software, devices, AV, and user accounts. We help keep teaching and learning running smoothly. We support device rollouts and onboarding new starters. We maintain IT equipment. We work primarily at our main campus helpdesk in an on-site, hands-on role. We contribute to the wider development of our IT service and may progress into more senior IT roles over time.
