Join Our IT Team as a Data Analyst
We have a new opportunity to be part of the IT team in the role of Data Analyst. You will work across departments outside FIA Financial Regulations, primarily focusing on non-F1 activities such as Finance, HR, Commercial, and Sustainability. Your responsibilities will include building dashboards and reports to present clear visuals that drive insights and improve decision-making, contributing to our goal of being a top-three team in the FIA Constructor’s Championship.
Responsibilities:
* Understanding stakeholder data requirements
* Building data pipelines into the data lake
* Designing and deploying dashboards in Power BI
* Performing data mapping and modeling
* Developing technical documentation
* Driving best practices and training within departments through the BI Centre of Excellence
* Ensuring data governance and security standards are met
* Managing data pipelines, automating data collection, and interacting with APIs
* Supporting departments with critical dashboards and reports
Qualifications for Success:
* Expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
* Strong SQL and TSQL skills
* Experience in an agile environment using Azure DevOps
* Knowledge of data governance tools like Purview
* Data modeling experience with DAX
* Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Data Lake, Power BI, Delta Lake, Spark
* Ability to create interactive data interfaces
* Experience with Power Automate, predictive analytics, Azure cognitive services, and AI is a plus
* Scripting skills in C# & Python
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
* Microsoft certifications are advantageous
This is a full-time, office-based role at our Silverstone campus, with travel to other locations as needed.
