As a Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing residents needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering personalised nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
* Monitoring residents conditions and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Maintaining accurate residents records and documentation.
* Providing support and guidance to residents and their families.
* Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A compassionate and resident-centred approach to care.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable.
