COREcruitment is working with an education company with locations all across the UK. They are recruiting for a Learning & Development Advisor to join their HR team in Bristol. This role will be reporting to the L&D Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing, developing, and delivering engaging and inspiring digital learning and development experiences.
2. Coordinating, facilitating, and evaluating the digital elements of:
3. The company leadership development programme
4. The company people management skills interventions
5. The company specialist development programme
6. The company specialist skills interventions
7. The company Day 1 Induction
8. Developing. maintaining and embedding The company competency frameworks and personal development pathways
9. Working in partnership with the People Partners to answer questions or queries regarding management development opportunities and /or personal development plans
10. Supporting the delivery of the L&D strategy that compliments the People plan and Company’s mission and vision
11. Building and maintaining strong working relationships internally and externally to ensure you are involved early in decisions and initiatives that impact the people agenda
12. Contributing to cross sector and function projects to support the achievement of the strategic plan
13. Creating and maintaining a learning and coaching culture
14. Utilising coaching conversations to help managers understand their strengths and development areas to enable them to formulate action plans to enhance their knowledge, skills & attributes
15. Supporting line managers to become more skilled coaches to develop their teams and likely successors
16. Working as part of the overall People team, promoting best practice and supporting managers to adapt and implement changes that will help improve business performance
17. Supporting the development and delivery of CPD across the Company
18. Cross skilling with the Learning & Development Advisor role.
About you:
19. Experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate 360
20. Experience administrating Learning Management Systems
21. Project management skills and experience of workflow software
22. Demonstrable expertise in the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning interventions
23. Proven expertise in effective training needs analysis
24. Proven track record in building effective relationships with managers
25. Excellent communication skills - handles complex and difficult situations with thought and confidence
26. The ability to role model the organisation’s values and DNA behaviours
