As part of the AI Centre of Excellence, the AVP will report to the Head of Tech Governance. We are looking for two profiles for these positions: one involves running and operating the preparation for the Group AI Governance Council, which is crucial across the Bank and from a regulatory perspective; the other focuses on managing executive reporting, which is highly visible at senior leadership level.

Accountabilities
* Manage change projects within the organisation, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
* Develop and manage project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
* Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.
* Manage project teams, ensuring proper resourcing and skill sets.
* Manage project budgets and create progress reports.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
* Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication.
